Most of you are familiar with Turmeric and it is a such versatile herb that offers a multitude of healing properties and plant actions that our bodies love to have to stay warm and cozy during the cooler seasons.
Those potent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory chemicals help stimulate our immunity defense to naturally protect the body from infection, and can also be a daily great anti-inflammatory drink.

We love how quick and simple this recipe is. Plus, most of these amazing medicinal herbs and food ingredients are probably already in your kitchen cabinets. If not, visit the apothecary herbs section to purchase the herbs you need.
Ingredients
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Tsp Clove Powder
1 Lemon (1/2 Squeezed to juice)
2 cups Purified or Distilled Water
1 tablespoon Organic Raw Honey
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Heat water to a boil, then add all powdered herbs and sliced lemons to ingredients.
Turn off stove, and allow the plant materials to steep for 5 to 10 minutes in hot water.
Once steeping is complete, strain left over plant material from Tea.
Pour tea into a blender or shaker and add apple cider vinegar and honey.
Mix or blend then pour into cup and enjoy your warm healing tonic
To preserve yours, just put remaining tea into a container or jar and place into the refrigerator for storage. (Drink will last up to 48 hrs.) Enjoy!
