Eucalyptus

Mostly indiginous to Australia, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) has become a favored foliage across the world--not just for its beauty, but for its spiritual and medicinal properties too.
 
The essential oil rich leaves are used in steams, syrups, and lozenges to help support the respiratory system.  Topically it is used in ointments to aid those suffering with colds and congestion.  Helpful in supporting the body thru a fever.
 
Eucalyptus is said to have a purifying, cleansing effect (similar to sage) that clears away any negative energy in the space it’s burned in.
