Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Healing Oracle Herbal Apothecary. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are fulfilled in 3-5 business days and processed by the post office within 7-10 business days of purchase date. However, orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

All herbal products are handmade in small batches and are carefully formulated and distributed by The Healing Oracle Herbal Apothecary in Nashville, TN

 

In addition to this, if there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone. Once notified, you will receive a follow-up message to confirm you received your order.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

*Local delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within a 20-mile radius of Nashville, TN ( 37013 Area).

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours. (Please allow postal service time to process and scan in order.)

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

The volume of mail fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. All deliveries should be made by 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through Saturday. Unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, changes in a carrier route, etc.) can cause deliveries to be made after this time.

 

Delivery time varies from one class of mail to another. It may be possible that the mailpiece is still in transit and is not lost or delayed depending on what class of mail is being used and how long ago it was mailed. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

The Healing Oracle Herbal Apothecary ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

The Healing Oracle Herbal Apothecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 

 

Damages

​

The Healing Oracle Herbal Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All orders are covered by insurance from the carrier for their value. If your order is lost or if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you are unable to resolve this matter after at least one attempt with the carrier, please email info@thehealingoracle.org for further assistance.
